Fees

Investing in your education means investing in your future. Online studies at THWS provide high quality studies at a German higher education institution at a fair price and under transparent conditions.

We value transparency. Therefore, our semester fees are deliberately kept simple. We do not charge any fees for examinations; neither do we charge any fees for the use of university services.

For EU-citizens, the semester fees for the first seven semesters are EUR 600 per semester. This fee covers the additional costs associated with delivering the programme in an extra-occupational online format as well as the Studierendenwerk fee (student services fee).

For non-EU-citizens, the semester fees are EUR 1,500 per semester. This fee covers the additional costs associated with delivering the programme format as well as additional costs for infrastructure, organisation, and administration as well as specific advisory and support offers. The Studierendenwerk fee (student services fee) is already contained.

From the 8th semester onwards, only the fee for the Studierendenwerk (currently approx. EUR 180) must be paid.

Health insurance fees are not included.
